The law firm Fraikech Associes has been created in 1982 by Maître Abderrahmane Fraikech. We work closely with our associates and partner firms in Morocco and outside Morocco, to provide the highest level of legal services for both Moroccan and international clients. In a more complex international environment, the firm focuses primarily on business law (on both contentious and advisory matters), arbitration, mediation, criminal business law and contract negotiation. Our long standing experience across these areas of expertise allows us to advise our clients more effectively on complex matters and gives us an understanding of the issues (both commercial and legal) that typically arise on cross border transactions.
